As we move into the next phase of Spring 2021, we would like to take a moment to reflect on our highlight of the season, the Working Women Webinar Series, where we had the privilege of receiving a virtual coaching experience from four phenomenal women.

First, we heard from 30-year entrepreneur, brand and lifestyle marketing guru, and founder and CEO of THE SHARP ALLIANCE, Kathi Sharpe-Ross in “Reinvention & Branding for the New Year.” Kathi enlightened us on the mechanics and art of Personal Branding and Rebranding for cultivating personal and professional success. It all begins with that gnawing voice that, when listened to, sparks insight and mobility. She shared her innovative yet practical approaches to finding out “what makes you tick” while translating that vision into tangible steps that lay out the GPS road map to personal and professional fulfillment. Get inspired and learn more about Kathi’s strategies and her offerings at The Reinvention Exchange.

Next, we learned about heart-centered leadership from Equine-Partnered Life/Career Coach, former VP of Marketing at Lionsgate, and past LEA Award winner, Kate Neligan in “Feminine Leadership in the Workplace.” Kate highlighted the importance and nature of Feminine Intelligence, a kind of feminine IQ possessed by both females and males that lends itself to cultivating our intuition. So often, we find a more masculine kind of energy dominating the culture and workplace that it becomes essential to take time to reflect on who we are, what we truly want, and translate this wisdom into personal and professional leadership. Kate bridges her work with clients to her love for horses and her deep respect for the healing and transformation that can take place through the human-animal bond. Learn more about Kate and her offerings at Conscious Rockstar Coaching.

We then had the honor of hearing from Nicole Walters, star of reality television documentary series, “She’s the Boss,” and founder of Inherit Learning Company where she translates her experience as a C-suite executive into motivating her audience to use corporate tools to achieve their goals and dreams without compromising who they are. With “5 Boss Moves that Mean Business in Corporate & Hollywood,” Nicole imparted us with practical tips and dynamic problem-solving strategies she garnered from personalizing her own path to success. When it comes to setting priorities, Nicole playfully stressed that “balance is bogus” and the key is knowing which balls you bounce and which ones you let drop. We found out that leading with your story is rooted in showing up, being present, and automating systems not relationships. Get to know her strategies more at NicoleWalters.com and Inherit Learning Company and don’t forget to watch her on USA Network, Thursdays at 7:30 pm PT/10:30 ET pm.

Naturally, we tied it all together with a special Q&A in “How to Raise Your Work Profile” with Jane Scudder, culture expert, leadership coach, trainer and founder of The New Exec where they leverage corporate anthropology to solve human capital problems. Jane led us into her strategies for smoothly navigating your career landscape starting with clarifying key differences between a resume and a LinkedIn profile, and by clarifying what you want and the “why” behind it as this will ultimately impact your strategy. She emphasized that it is key to ask yourself if you’re looking toward the pinnacle of your career or if you’re looking for a j-o-b. Her coaching strategy is designed to help you gain clarity through the natural mind chatter that goes on for everyone when navigating the career landscape and pivoting in the job market. Jane has so many more tips to help you stay true to your purpose and values as you allow these guideposts to shape your career now and into the future.
